Three points for the local team: Vélez 2-1 Coria

Coria failed to beat Vélez, who won 2-1 during the match held this Sunday at Vivar Téllez. Velez arrived at the game with strengthened spirits after winning in the last two games of the competition. The most recent was against Cádiz B away from home (0-2) and the other against Xerez Deportivo at home (5-2). On the visitors’ side, Coria had to settle for a 2-2 draw against Ceuta. After the result obtained, the Veleño team is ninth, while Coria is third after the end of the match.

The first part of the confrontation started on the right foot for the visiting team, who opened the scoring with a goal from Ivan Fdez a few minutes after the start of the match, specifically in minute 2. However, Vélez equalized the match by putting the 1 -1 thanks to a goal from Zamorano in minute 20. Later the local team scored, which managed to come back with a goal from Pablo in minute 29, concluding the first half with a 2-1 in the light.

Neither team managed to score in the second half, so the match ended with a score of 2-1.
